Beginning at the Waterfalls Trailhead we hiked 2. 5 miles on the Rim Trail overlooking the rushing Massie Creek. The trail crossed many bridges above crevasses in the Massie Creek Gorge. Halfway down the trail was the pre-1825 Cedarville Log Cabin. One side spur led me down the gorge past unique rock formations to the creek (Photo #2 & 3) for some beautiful views.
