This 22-foot-tall muffler man stands at an RV park and sports a yellow shirt that says Second Amendment Cowboy. It front of him is a fake historical marker stating the US Constitution’s 2nd Amendment. The muffler man stand guard over three Cadillacs, each with a mannequin of John Wayne, Willie Nelson and Elvis in them. I saw the muffler man just after we passed Cadillac Ranch, so Holly & Justin stopped by and took the photo.
