This 1.5-mile trail led us to a steep canyon overlook looking down 1,000 feet directly above the Colorado River as it curves around famous Horseshoe Bend. Back in the 1980’s, Rosie and I took a white-water raft trip from Page heading west on the Colorado River and we rafted around Horseshoe Bend. This overlook brought back a lot of memories.
