This was a unique Roadside Attraction. You could sign up and perform two acrobatic aerial maneuvers on the trapeze. Jacque signed us up as this was Rosie’s 57th birthday surprise. After on the ground training by performers from Cincinnati Trapeze School (part of the Cincinnati Circus Company), we climbed the 30 foot tall ladder one at a time to perform our trapeze stunts. We wore a belt harness and a couple of safety lines for added protection. Photo#2 shows Rosie after she landed safely in the net after her flip. She headed back up for her second trick which was putting your knees on the swinging bar and letting go with her hands. Jacque and I then performed the same two stunts. It was fun!
