Located at EnterTrainment Junction, this incredible 25,000 square foot layout has 90 large scale computerized locomotives traveling through dozens of detailed cities, hundreds of bridges, trestles, tunnels, and mountains. The trains take you from the early steam engines to modern day diesel locomotives. I could press interactive buttons plus each scene had ten to fifteen people, animals or things listed that you had to search each city or scene to find them. The intricate workmanship was fantastic. One “city” was a miniature replica of Coney Island Amusement Park, circa 1965. There were dozens of educational and trivia kiosks to learn railroad history. I highly recommend this fun, educational place. Interesting facts: the mountains were carved out of 58,000 square feet of foam spray; over two miles of G scale railroad track was used.
