HIKED GORGE CREEK FALLS TRAIL North Cascades National Park, Washington

Hiking Team: Dave Miller, Rosie Miller

Date: June 28, 2022

We drove through two tunnels and past more logging trucks before stopping at this trailhead that took us to an incredible 242-foot waterfall. The water cascaded down and flowed into the Skagit River Gorge and Gorge Lake. The one-mile winding loop trail with some interpretive signs, took us up to a high overlook of the Gorge Dam and Gorge Lake. High rising mountains were on each side of the gorge.
