This two-mile gently rolling trail started at the campground and rambled parallel to the Clearfork-Mohican River past Hemlock, sycamore, oak, and maple trees. A mile later was a cable swinging bridge that crossed the river and connected with the Gorge Overlook Trail. Although the river was low due to the dry weather it was still very scenic.
