The Charleston/Mount Pleasant KOA had a nice trail which was about a mile out and back. The trail was wooded and ran parallel to a small lake. We saw dozens of white egrets on the trees surrounding the lake and, in the water, we saw several turtles and one alligator. We camped for two nights in a cabin here overlooking the lake.
