MUFON Investigation Team: Dave Miller

Sighting Date: August 17, 1954. Wally Davis to this day at age 81 is still emphatic and 100% sure what he and 14 year old friends Roman Dixon and Billy Thomas saw on around 9:30pm on that August night. While picking apples off of an apple tree on Home Avenue, the sky was dark, moonless and overcast. They all faced east and suddenly a bright yellow object shot out of the clouds to their right. It descended down to the left at about a 45 degree angle. Then it abruptly shot back into the clouds and disappeared without making a sound. The sighting lasted about five seconds. Wally said the object looked solid and glowed.
